We offer an in-house delivery service in London from Monday to Saturday. Same-day or date-specific delivery to all E postcodes (E1 to E20) and Central London postcodes (EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2) is £10.00.
W3, W4, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W14 – same delivery is £20
Same-day delivery to all other London postcodes is £18.
FOR LONDON DELIVERIES, PLEASE ORDER BY 2PM TO GUARANTEE SAME-DAY DELIVERY
We offer a next-day or date-specific nationwide delivery service to most UK mainland postcodes. We can deliver Tuesday to Friday for £15.00, and on Saturday by noon for £30.00. Please order by 2pm for next-day delivery.
If you wish to send flowers to very remote areas or to The Highlands, please call us to check we are able to deliver.
We can offer Sunday delivery in London by special arrangement for an additional charge; please call us on 0203 686 1661 if you wish to arrange this.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt and an order confirmation via email. Please keep these safe as these are your proof of purchase and you will need to quote the reference number in case of any queries.
AMENDING YOUR ORDER
Should you need to amend your order, please email us at email@example.com, stating the reference number of your order and the amendments you would like to make.
If the recipient is not at home at time of delivery, a calling card will be left with details of how to arrange a re-delivery or how to collect from the relevant depot.
