If your flowers don’t arrive in pristine condition please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We take the greatest care with our flowers and want you to be delighted with your Agent F product. If for any reason you aren’t entirely satisfied, please don’t hesitate to contact us by emailing your query along with a photograph of the flowers received to email@example.com and we will handle your query as soon as possible. Where it is not appropriate to replace the product, a full refund shall be issued.
Flowers are a perishable product and therefore we cannot offer a refund or replacement if we are not notified within 24 hours of the flowers arriving.
